Add Notification & Real-Time Sync to Trading App

I'm currently working on a project that tracks a user's trading status via the Myfxbook.com API and I need to enhance its functionality. This app is being developed for both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Requirements:
- **Push Notifications**: I need the app to be able to send push notifications when a user opens or closes a trade on the Meta Trader 4 platform. These notifications should be instantaneous and, importantly, should function even when the app is turned off.
- **Real-Time Trade Updates**: The app should reflect real-time changes in the user's trades, similar to how a web socket operates.
Ideal candidates for this job should have:
- Extensive experience in cross-platform mobile app development (iOS and Android).
- Proficiency in implementing push notifications.
- Previous work with real-time data syncing within mobile applications.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, particularly Meta Trader 4, would be a plus.
