Abstract strategy game

I am looking to develop an abstract strategy game that is enjoyable and challenging for players of all ages and on multiple platforms. My target audience consists of both children and adults. The game is chess like, rather difficult, but not as complicated as chess. I am looking for the game to be developed for mobile devices, whether Android or iOS. I am searching for someone experienced in game design and development to bring my prototype to a mobile platform. The ideal candidate will be able to create an e-version of the game.
