AES 256(USING CBC, SECKEY,IV,Padding 5) Encryption for IOS

We have a project that protects our credentials. The backend server is java and mobile side we are doing android and IOS. Currently, Java and Android Encryption are matching and they got the results. but the expected result in iOS is not suite. So we need to fix this issue as soon as possible.
I will give you the secret key along with the IV(Initialization vector)
