iPad Tutor in Greenways, ACT, Australia
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm looking for an iPad tutor to assist my aunt who is based in Greeways ACT. She's smart and of sound mind, but functionally quadriplegic. She knows how to use her ipad a bit, but she's a bit stressed out. She'd like someone with her to help her browse the web, send and read and manage emails. As her family all live in other cities, we can't help her all that much. (There are a few other minor tasks that we need help with, like putting a new sim in her phone and adding some contacts to her phone.)
I'm expecting that this would work well about an hour per week. It's very flexible with the schedule and the timing.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Patience and understanding to work with seniors
- Experience in teaching technology to seniors
- Proficiency in using iPads and voice-assistive technologies
I don't care whether you yourself are aged 9 or 99. It does require going on site though.
