SwiftUI save MP4 to Cache for Offline usage

Hi,
I have a working Xcode project, iPad App.
Within this project there is a VideoPlayer.
This video plays MP4 video's.
What I want is that video also to be optional available for offline usage. The video's are around 50MB, so I cannot store them in the Assets folder.
The idea is as following:
- The View with the Video playing has a Download-button. You should implement the "download to cache" action behind this button.
- If a video is downloaded, it should always play the downloaded video. So if there is not internet connectivity, to Video always plays when it's downloaded/cached before.
- Downloading means for me that it is stored in Cache of the application and not to the users photo library.
I'm looking for someone that:
- Knows SwiftUI
- Experience with saving Video's to Cache
