Revive an old iOS App written in Swift

Have a previously published app in the App Store, it's now been offline for years. I'd like to bring it back to life, but that means updating the code. App is primarily a timing app, multiple concurrent stopwatch functions. I have previous source code available. Just looking to get it back ready for the App Store, but likely under a new name.
