Ipad app need to be ugraded to last ios and upload to app store

I have an app that have been using but it need to be updated to new ios version compatibility.
I tested and it seems it is all design because some menus don't show correctly.
once corrected and tested the app must be uploaded and approved by apple before releasing payment.
