IOS PDF viewer app -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an Ipad PDF viewer to be created so that 1 document will be used for offline access (pdf file stored locally).
The app needs to be very basic and for users to have access to 1 pdf document and have 3 buttons that are book marks to specific pages.
An additional button needs to be set for administrator access to select another document (when the pdf gets updated) and set the 3 bookmarks buttons to the page numbers.

PDF viewer for 1 pdf file only stored locally (offline Ipad)
User level access (to just read the pdf and be able to click the 3 bookmarks).
Admin access (to change the pdf to a newer version and set the 3 user bookmarks to page numbers)
