Configure Telemedicine Zoom Setup

Job ID: 39904495

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I need assistance configuring a telemedicine cart that includes an Apple Mac and Apple iPad.

Requirements:
- Set up Zoom Rooms on the Apple Mac.
- Install Zoom Controller on the iPad.

The setup should facilitate:
- Patient-doctor video calls.
- Remote medical consultations.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with Apple devices and Zoom Rooms setup.
- Experience in configuring telemedicine technology.

Please ensure a seamless connection for medical consultations.

Need to be single click for nursing team to easily access/start the Zoom Room. No waiting room. Stethoscope attached. I have already 80% configured one cart but I'm now challenged where Zoom Controller keeps signing out and I do not want to give my admin credentials to hospital staff. It should also be as easy as possible for them. I'm currently trying to set up an Apple Business Manager account for our company, and it's in the approval line, and my goal is to enroll all of these devices into the Zoom Device Management, as ChatGPT tells me I will then be able to configure so staff will not require login credentials.

I already removed any need for password in Mac overall. Removed/hid all apps on iPad and Mac - want team to just focus on accessing Zoom Rooms. This should be so much easier than it is but the configurations are getting complex (to me) and multistep. Not one IT person has been able to clearly answer all my questions as it merges Zoom Rooms features with Mac/iPad features and a desired user experience. This is for a telemedicine cart for overnight remote ICU patient care - so very critical patients and not much room for error.

I will have a total of 5 carts to configure. This is my first and I have to have it ready for onsite testing at the hospital next week.

I'm looking for either 1) a local IT person to southern NH who can work on these carts with me, standardize the process, and workflow this out (I've been taking copious notes so have already done much of this work or 2) someone who I can call to brainstorm and walk through needs. Someone who intimately understands Macs and Zoom Rooms (both are mission critical).

The next 4 carts won't be due until new telemedicine go-lives in Feb 2026. These are also carts that we were using with a previous tele vendor, so I've had to manually wipe the iPad, for example, to override their previous settings. We own these carts outright, but they were unable to wipe remotely (they did wipe the Mac to factory settings mostly).

I just need a competent IT partner to work with on projects such as this. Our company is very small and cannot afford full time IT at this time, but we have no support at this time and that doesn't work long term.

Thank you
