update js database code to work with ios 13+

we have a timer script that works to record time for a job, it collects open jobs via a rest call to server and then store locally. Up to IOS12 script works, after IOS13 script doesn't load the rest call data.
The script is working for Andriod/Windows and IOS 12 - but not IOS13 fowards.
Need someone to review the code and update the database code to work with IOS 13+
