iPhone PWA Push & Load Fix

My progressive web app runs perfectly on desktop and Android, yet iPhone users are stuck with two show-stoppers. First, push notifications never arrive—despite permissions being granted. Second, if a user browses the app and then heads back to the Home page, the screen hangs instead of loading.

I need someone who knows the quirks of iOS PWAs, service-worker caching strategies, the web-manifest nuances that affect Safari, and the steps required to make APNs-backed push notifications behave. If you’ve debugged similar issues before, you’ll spot what’s wrong quickly.
