My current iPhone app needs a smoother, faster experience and a navigation flow that feels intuitive from the first tap.
User-interface focus
• Add clear, context-aware menus so key tasks surface naturally.
• Strip down or merge cluttered menu items to keep journeys under three taps.
• Build a more responsive search that returns results instantly and can filter as the user types.
Performance tuning
Behind the scenes, I want launch times cut noticeably and in-app transitions to stay silky even on older devices. Memory spikes, dropped frames, or slow API calls should be profiled and optimised until they pass Apple’s performance metrics.
Acceptance criteria
1. Average cold-start <2 s on an iPhone 11.
2. No frame drops (>60 fps) during standard navigation tests.
3. Every primary task reachable within three taps from the home screen.
4. Search shows filtered results in <300 ms.
Hand-off must include the updated Xcode project, concise release notes, and a short test-flight build so I can verify changes before submission to the App Store.
