iOS/android Consultation App with Wallet

I’m planning to build a consultation platform for iOS that lets users chat or hop on a VoIP‐style call with consultants while funds are deducted from their in-app wallet in real time. The key pieces are:
• A low-latency text and audio channel so the conversation feels instant.
• A wallet system that locks funds on session start and shows per-second deductions while the call or chat is active.
• A robust back end—preferably on AWS, Firebase, or a similarly scalable cloud stack—with end-to-end encryption for both messaging and payment events.
