iOS WebView With Upload Support

I already have an Android build that wraps my website, and now I want the same experience on iOS. Your job is to create a lightweight Swift (WKWebView) app that opens a single URL and behaves exactly like a normal browser tab, including the ability to launch the camera when a form’s `<input type="file">` element is tapped.

I’m not looking for custom layouts or extra bells and whistles—just the core web view, working file uploads, and reliable camera access.

Deliverables
• Xcode project targeting the current iOS LTS version, written in Swift
• Signed .ipa for TestFlight testing
• Brief README explaining setup, permission strings, and where to point the URL

Acceptance criteria
• Website loads on launch and stays within the same WKWebView context
• File picker and camera launch correctly from any `<input type="file">` on the site
• No crashes or blank screens on iOS 13 through latest public release
