iOS & Web Tweaks

Job ID: 40192524

Budget: $100 – $150 USD

I have three small but important features. All source code for the website (PHP/Laravel) and the existing Android and iOS apps (react native ) is in Git. You will commit to separate feature branches so I can review each item independently.

1) Geofence on iOS
The Android build already fires an in-app event when a user enters or exits a predefined radius. I just need that exact behaviour mirrored in iOS using Core Location so notifications, analytics hooks, and background handling feel identical. No surprises—same trigger distance, same silent/background behaviour, same callback payload.

2) Helpdesk link after login
On both the website and the iOS app, add a small “Need Help?” link that appears right after a successful login. Clicking it should do two things simultaneously:
• open the user’s email client pre-addressed to our admin mailbox, and
• hit our Freshdesk API to create a support ticket with the user’s ID and device details in the body.
Fallback gracefully if the ticket API is unreachable.

3) Referral link sharing
From any member profile, the user should be able to tap “Refer” and immediately share a unique, trackable URL via either the native email composer or the native SMS sheet. The link must drop the recipient directly on that member’s public profile (deep-linking on iOS, standard route on web) and include a referral code parameter we already generate server-side.

Acceptance
• iOS build compiles on Xcode 15, passes TestFlight review, and shows no new crashes in Firebase Crashlytics.
• All API endpoints remain backward compatible.
• I can reproduce the three behaviours above on a live staging environment within five business days of project start.

If you’re comfortable working in react native PHP/Laravel, and simple REST integrations, this should be a quick win for both of us. Let’s get it done!
