iOS Proctoring SDK in Swift - 15/02/2026 03:37 EST
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need the Android proctoring SDK I already built in Kotlin ported to iOS using pure Swift so it can be dropped into any React Native-based LMS or quiz app.
Core purpose
The SDK must deliver full-featured exam proctoring: it authenticates the test-taker (biometric login), records periodic face snapshots and screen images, and monitors audio, screen activity, and user presence to flag anyone who leaves the exam environment.
Scope of work
You will mirror every capability of the existing Android library; I will share the full Kotlin source and its React Native bridge as a reference. The iOS package must expose the same React Native interface so current JavaScript calls remain unchanged.
Key feature set
• Biometric user authentication via Face ID / Touch ID
• Periodic front-camera face capture and screen-grab callback
• Continuous audio listening for multiple-speaker events or prohibited sounds
• Real-time screen activity monitoring to detect app switching or overlays
• Location / background detection to flag “out-of-exam” states
• Local encryption and secure upload hooks identical to the Android flow
Deliverables
1. Swift-only static or dynamic framework (no Objective-C requirement)
2. React Native bridge module with matching method names & event emitters
3. Demo React Native project proving integration and feature parity
4. Step-by-step setup / integration guide (Markdown)
5. Build & run instructions that reproduce the demo on Xcode 15 / iOS 17
Acceptance criteria
• Compiles with no warnings on Xcode 15
• All listed proctoring functions behave like the Android version when tested in the demo app
• Guide lets a fresh developer integrate the framework in under 30 minutes
• Full delivery within 15 calendar days from project start
I’m available daily to answer questions and test intermediate builds, and I can supply sample test scripts, UI assets, and the existing back-end endpoints on request.
