I’m building an iOS application where every screen, control and workflow adapts to three distinct personas: ModuleUser, ModuleAdmin and OrgAdmin. The core requirement is that the same binary ships to the App Store, yet the active Navigation menu, Dashboard, Analytics views and other modules switch on or off through feature flags.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean Swift / SwiftUI codebase that checks a user’s persona at launch and renders the corresponding UI variant.
• A feature-flag framework (LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config or a lightweight in-house solution—your recommendation is welcome) to toggle those variants without a fresh release.
• Role-based access control so that actions available to ModuleUser, ModuleAdmin and OrgAdmin remain fully isolated.
• Documentation outlining how to add new personas, flags and modules in future.
• Unit/UI tests proving that each persona only sees its intended Navigation items, Dashboard widgets, Analytics pages and gated modules.
