iOS Game & Admin Panel

I need a complete mobile game that runs only on iOS, accompanied by a secure admin panel. Because I do not have any artwork or UI assets yet, the project includes full visual design as well as development.

The core mechanic and genre will be shared after we start; I am open to your recommendations on the best engine or framework as long as the finished build satisfies current App Store requirements.

Deliverables
• Playable iOS game that works smoothly on recent iPhone and iPad devices
• Web based admin panel tied to the game for management tasks we will outline together
• All original design files, source code, and build instructions

Acceptance criteria
1. Game is accepted in the App Store under my account.
2. Admin panel is live on my server and I can log in and manage game data.
3. Code is well commented and delivered through a git repository.

Please tell me which tools you plan to use (for example Unity, Unreal, Swift/SpriteKit) and share links to past iOS games or dashboards you have built. Once we agree on scope and timeline, we can get started right away.
