iOS Fitness Live Activity Integration

I want to add a Live Activity to my existing Swift-based iOS fitness app so users can see their on-going progress right on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The focus is fitness progress and I will supply the real-time data feed; we can decide together which metrics make the most sense once you see the current data model.
