iOS FCM Push Setup Assistance
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have an iOS app in Xcode, an active Apple Developer account, and a configured Firebase project. What I still need is a clean, working Firebase Cloud Messaging integration so the app reliably receives user-specific push notifications in both development and production builds before I submit it to the App Store.
The project is part-way done: the SDK is added and the app registers for remote notifications, but devices are not yet receiving FCM pushes. Your task is to jump in over AnyDesk, finish the configuration, and prove that a notification sent from the Firebase console lands on a physical device running the current build.
Key details you’ll handle during the session
• Link APNs key/certificates with Firebase and refresh entitlements in Xcode
• Review capability settings, bundle IDs, and provisioning profiles
• Implement or fix token refresh handling and topic/user targeting for individual users
• Send live test messages and verify foreground/background delivery, alert display, and payload handling
• Produce a short note summarising what was changed so I can repeat the process for future versions
Once a test build successfully receives pushes on at least one device, this job is complete and I will proceed to App Store distribution. Remote work must be done through AnyDesk only; I’ll stay online to supply credentials and run test devices.
