iOS App with OCR Capability

I need an iOS app developed that focuses on enhancing productivity with OCR functionality. Specifically, the app should be able to recognize both printed and scanned text from images or documents. This will be a straightforward and lightweight application, but I require the OCR feature to be accurate and efficient.

Given the budget constraints, a simple and effective solution is preferable, and I am open to discussing how best to optimize the design and development to fit these requirements. If this project is successful, I may commission additional similar apps in the near future.
