iOS App Lock Integration for Parental Control

I'm seeking an experienced iOS developer to integrate native app-locking functionalities into my existing React/TypeScript-based parental control app. The app is already mostly built, with UI and backend components in place.

Key Requirements:
- Utilize Apple FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity APIs.
- Enforce app usage limits and content restrictions.
- Integrate APIs into Xcode, ensuring robust enforcement.
- Conduct thorough testing and prepare the app for App Store submission.
- Implement advanced enforcement with custom rules.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in iOS development and Xcode.
- Strong knowledge of Apple FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity APIs.
- Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
- Background in parental control apps is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on testing and quality assurance.

IMPORTANT: This is not a full app build from scratch. The React/TypeScript app, UI, backend logic, parent dashboard, quest system, and lock-management screens are already built. I only need the native iOS layer completed and connected so app locking works on real devices.

The main deliverable is OS-level app locking using Apple FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity, Shield extensions, and Xcode setup. The developer must be able to take the existing project/bridge files, finish native enforcement, test on a physical iPhone, and prepare the app for App Store submission.
