iOS App Configuration and Notification Fix

I need an experienced developer to:

- Compile our iOS app to version 1.3.1.
- Enable "Sign in with Apple" and "In-App Purchases" in Xcode Capabilities.
- Review and fix our daily notification system on both iOS and Android:
- Ensure 4 user-set daily notifications are delivered at configured times.
- Resolve duplicated notifications and incorrect delivery times.
- Ensure notifications work even in battery saving mode.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in iOS and Android development.
- Experience with Xcode and integrating Sign in with Apple.
- Strong debugging skills for notification systems.
