iOS Android Rental Management App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a cross-platform mobile solution that lets property owners list residential, PG, and commercial spaces while giving renters an end-to-end experience from discovery to rent payment. The app must be delivered for both iOS and Android and support two distinct user roles—owners and renters—with the following owner-side functions at its core:
• Listing management: create, edit, pause, or delete listings with photos, location and lease terms
• Rent payment tracking: monthly ledger that flags overdue amounts and confirms cleared payments
• Vacation notice workflow: owners set notice periods and receive alerts when tenants initiate a move-out
• Live rental-rate snapshot: show average pricing for comparable units in the area to help owners price competitively
• Agreement generation: populate a template with owner-specified terms and export a signed PDF ready for storage or printing
To keep documentation rock-solid, users must be able to upload identity proofs, property deeds, and utility bills, then bundle them into a single PDF for offline verification by my field staff. The same document locker will house every executed agreement for on-demand reference.
For renters, the app should mirror the essential flows—search and filter listings, review digital agreements, pay monthly rent in-app, and download receipts.
I also need:
• Secure payment gateway integration with automatic invoice creation
• Push notifications and whatsapp reminders for due dates, expiring agreements, or incomplete documents
• A lightweight admin panel (web or mobile) so my team can verify documents, approve listings, and reconcile payments
