iOS & Android Grocery App

I need a full-stack mobile developer who can take a grocery shopping concept from idea to launch on both iOS and Android. The core job is to design, build, test, and deploy a polished, production-ready application that lets users browse products, fill a cart, pay securely, and track deliveries in real time.

Key functions I have in mind
• Intuitive catalogue with search, filtering, and barcode scanning
• Dynamic pricing and stock updates pulled from my existing database/API
• Multiple payment methods (cards, wallets, cash-on-delivery) with PCI-compliant handling
• Geo-location for nearby store selection and delivery tracking
• Push notifications for offers, order status, and delivery ETAs
• Multilingual interface (initially English + one RTL language)
• Lightweight admin panel for product, promo, and order management (web-based is fine)
• POS integrating

I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or another cross-platform framework provided performance is on par with native apps and both stores approve the build. Source code, documentation, and store-ready assets must be delivered at hand-off.
