iOS & Android Food Ordering App
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a complete mobile app for our fast food in riyadh, ksa. We are only looking for freelancers who have already build a food app and is running in saudi arabia or gulf region.
Choose their meal, pay, and then follow the courier on a live map until the order reaches their door. The focus is squarely on smooth ordering and payment, so every screen—from menu through checkout—has to feel instant and friction-free.
Core flow
• Menu → add items → secure checkout (credit/debit card gateway and a toggle for cash on delivery).
• Order confirmed → kitchen receives ticket automatically → courier assigned → customer watches real-time progress (prep, pickup, on the way, delivered). Push notifications should mirror each stage.
• A lightweight admin panel (web or in-app) must let staff see incoming orders, update status, and trigger refunds if needed.
Tech notes
I’m fine with native stacks (Swift/Kotlin) or a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native—choose whichever lets you hit 60 fps animations and keeps future updates simple. If you already have a preferred payment SDK, mention it; otherwise Stripe is an easy fit for cards. Map and tracking can lean on Google Maps / Apple Maps plus Firebase or socket-based real-time updates.
Acceptance criteria
• Both iOS and Android builds approved in App Store / Play Console (TestFlight & internal testing are fine at first).
• End-to-end order flow works with real card sandbox and live cash on delivery flag.
• Map updates refresh in <3 seconds from courier location change.
• Source code, build instructions, and basic admin credentials handed over at project close.
