iOS/Android CCTV Streaming App
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a mobile application that lets users watch their CCTV cameras in real time, store recordings in the cloud, and pay for access through in-app subscriptions. The core build must cover both iOS and Android so customers can smoothly switch between devices without losing footage or settings.
Key requirements
• Live streaming: low-latency playback with adaptive quality up to Full HD.
• Cloud storage: automatic upload of recorded clips to a secure bucket (AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or a comparable service). Users should be able to browse, scrub, and download past events.
• Subscription management: native in-app purchase flows (Apple/Google) to unlock storage tiers and additional features. Handle renewals, grace periods, and failed payments gracefully.
I’m still deciding whether to support multiple simultaneous camera feeds in the first release; please outline how you would architect the app so the option can be added later without rewriting core modules.

1. Source code with clean architecture and clear README for local builds.
2. Working builds on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Test, ready for App Store and Play Store submission.
3. Basic admin panel or scripts to view user accounts, monitor subscriptions, and purge expired footage.
4. Post-launch handoff notes covering cloud setup, push notification keys, and store listing assets.
