develop app to change backgrounds of car pictures

The App should be able to take fotos of vehicles (cars & trucks, delivery trucks etc) and background should be able to be changed and replaced. There will be 10 backgrounds to choose from app. App should also be able to upload custom backgrounds. In Bulgaria there is a site remove.bg which is way too complicated based on client.
