E-commerce App Quantity Input Update

I need a developer to modify our e-commerce app on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements:
- Replace existing dropdown quantity option with a blank input field for custom quantity entry.
- Admin panel must control minimum and maximum quantity limits, same as current dropdown functionality.
- Implement specific validation rules for quantity input based on minimum and maximum values defined in admin panel.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with mobile app development for both Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with admin panel integrations.
