Yolo based real time driver fatigue detection-based accident prevention system using spatiotemporal machine learning models

I need someone to create a dataset and an application for a project for car accidents prevention which includes fatigue detection and prevention.
Checking if the car drives inside the lines, directs the driver to less congested roads and so on.
The app uses the phone camera or an external one, also sensors can be connected to it. The app doesn’t have to be on the app store or google store I just need it as a project but preferably works on iphone.
Also I will be needing a report on it and specifically on the deep learning and machine learning part which is the most important thing and the real purpose of this project.
