XCCDF Benchmark Processing tool -- 2

We aim to build an XCCDF benchmark format and leverage on the diversity to expand it further with time. For example - using fix scripts to dictate how to fix the vulnerabilities based on the compliance report/ weighted compliance score. As a part of the project we will explore both rule checking mode and documentation mode.
