Women’s Emergency Safety Mobile App

Job ID: 40578356

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m creating a mobile application whose sole purpose is to give women a reliable, instant way to call for help and share their location when they feel unsafe. The app should launch quickly, work on both Android and iOS, and remain functional even on low-bandwidth connections.

Core scope
Please build a production-ready app, complete with backend services, user authentication, secure data storage, and a lightweight admin panel for monitoring incidents. The emphasis is on rapid emergency response, so speed, stability, and privacy are critical.

Key features to implement
• Real-time location tracking that updates continuously until the user cancels the alert.
• One-tap SOS button placed prominently on every screen.
• Automatic emergency contact alerts (SMS / push) carrying the user’s live coordinates and a link to view them on a map.

Tech notes
GPS, background location services, push notifications (Firebase or APNs), an encrypted database, and map integration (Google Maps or Apple Maps) will all come into play. Code should be clean, well-documented, and ready for store submission.

Acceptance criteria
1. SOS trigger to first alert delivered in under five seconds on a 4G connection.
2. Location stream updates at least every 10 seconds while the alert is active.
3. Contacts receive both a push notification and a fallback SMS with a map link.
4. App passes store review on both major platforms.

Hand-off items include full source code, build instructions, API keys in .env files, and a brief demo video showing the alert flow from trigger to contact notification.
