WebView-Based Mobile App Development

I'm seeking a developer to create a mobile app for my website. The app should primarily function as a WebView with some native features to enhance user experience.(avoiding high cost)

Key Requirements:
- Native bottom bar with 5 items: Home, Trends, All Influencers, My Profile, Notifications
- Native sidebar for user dashboard, accessible after login
- WebView login handling, with login info exposed via postMessage
- Securely store token in AsyncStorage
- Setup push notifications via Firebase
- App registers device token and sends it to backend after login

- Provide APK for both Android and iOS

Additionally, I need you to:
- Create 2 accounts to store and upload the app
- Ensure all uploads are secure and legal
