I need a mobile application that lets field employees prove their attendance and progress with absolute clarity. As soon as a user signs in, the app should prompt a selfie that is tagged with accurate GPS coordinates and timestamped automatically. Throughout the day the same user must be able to snap site photos, add brief notes on tasks completed, and flag any pending work before finishing. At checkout, another selfie with GPS confirmation finalises the shift.
The solution has to run natively on both iOS and Android. A lightweight offline mode is essential: if the signal drops, every photo, form entry, and location ping should be cached locally and pushed to the server the moment connectivity returns.
On the back end I want a responsive web dashboard where an administrator can:
• review every check-in and check-out photo alongside the mapped location
• browse a timeline of site photos and daily progress notes per employee or per project
• export or filter data by date, user, or site for quick reporting
