Update existent iOS simple app

Hi Devs!

We need update existent iOS basic application with this behavior:

- If the iPhone/iPad is online the app show a webview by url
- If the iPhone/iPad is offline the app show a connection problem alert with a refresh button


Other information about the app:
- The app must not show the navigation bar (it is already included in the site to show)
- The app must be compatible with iPad
- The app must comply with the Apple Store guidelines. ATTENTION: It is the responsibility of the developer to follow the process and adapt the app in case it does not respect the guidelines
- Icon sizing
- Test every web page

We await your proposals, in the application you must also indicate the times, costs and strategy for implementation.
