Update React Native app to latest core and libraries // Follow-up work guaranteed

Dear Freelancer,

I am looking for a freelancer or web agency to help me update my existing React Native app to the latest React Native core and update all available libraries/dependencies.

The app is currently running on core 0.68.0 and needs to be updated to 0.73.2.
There are a total of 127 libraries in the application. 113 libraries need to be updated.

These are the steps required to complete this task:

06. Place your final bid and time frame (only final bids will be accepted, not per library etc.)
07. You will be awarded this task
08. You receive GitLab access and a demo account user
09. Complete the task:
- Update React Native Core
- Update all dependencies
- Test the app on both platforms (iOS/Android)
- Provide me with builds to upload to AppStore/PlayStore
- Apps must pass both tests: AppStore/PlayStore
10. Finish this task, upload latest changes and stable version to GitLab
11. Receive milestone payment + bonus

Please note: Only fully functional apps on both iOS and AndroidOS (real devices, not a test environment) will be accepted.

* At the moment we do not have a React Native developer in-house. We need a developer to update our React Native application to the latest technology stack (this task). Upon completion of this task, the following tasks are guaranteed:
- Refurbish Chat Messenger in general functionality
- Add voice messaging to chat messenger
- add calling feature to chat messenger
- Translate dashboard items (we use LibreTranslate)
- improve the appearance of the video conferencing tool in the app
