work Remotely - Update & Deploy Kotlin & Swift Apps on my macbook

I have mobile app source code written in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) from 2023. The apps were working fine previously, but now need to be updated and deployed on my Mac using Android Studio and Xcode .
Main Tasks:
Main Tasks (Android – Kotlin):
Update Android Gradle Plugin (AGP), Gradle version, and Java version to the latest stable releases.
Update dependencies and plugins (including Hilt, Data Binding, and any other libraries).
Migrate from KAPT to KSP where necessary to fix build errors.
Fix BR class unresolved reference issue in Data Binding.
Ensure correct JAVA_HOME configuration on Mac.
Resolve build errors related to deprecated or outdated code.
Run the project successfully in Android Studio.
