Universal TV Cast & Mirror App

I want a single, polished application that lets users do two things seamlessly: mirror their phone or tablet screen in real time and cast media (video, music, photos) straight to the big screen. The same codebase has to compile for both iOS and Android and be accepted on the App Store and Google Play.
Core experience
• Screen mirroring: low-latency, full-screen mirroring to any compatible target—smart TVs, Chromecast-type dongles, AirPlay receivers, Miracast, and upcoming standards as far as the SDKs allow.
• Media casting: in-app browser or picker that detects and sends streams from all major services (YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.) with standard play / pause / scrub controls.
Technical expectations
– Smooth discovery of devices on the local network (mDNS, DLNA, Google Cast, AirPlay).
– Adaptive bitrate handling so 4K sources downshift gracefully on slower Wi-Fi.
– Background casting while the phone is locked.
– Clean, lightweight UI that matches both Material and iOS design guidelines.
– Store-ready builds, icons, screenshots, and privacy disclosures.

2. Two signed release builds (APK/AAB and iOS archive).
