Uber-style taxi service App. Prefer Bengaluru, India based company/freelancer & willing to meet in Bengaluru or Kuala Lumpur

I’m ready to bring a full-featured, Uber-style taxi service to life and need a developer (or small team) who can take the project from concept to launch on both iOS and Android. The passenger app must include frictionless user registration and secure login, real-time ride booking with live vehicle tracking on a map, plus in-app payment integration that supports major cards and digital wallets.
In parallel, I also require a separate driver app. It should mirror the passenger experience where appropriate, receiving ride requests, turn-by-turn navigation, earnings summaries, and status toggles, while keeping the codebase as maintainable as possible.
Key expectations
• Native or cross-platform code that meets Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines
• Clean, well-documented APIs for dispatch, pricing, and messaging
• Admin console (web or mobile) for trip oversight and driver/passenger management
• Staging and production builds delivered through TestFlight and Google Play Internal Test
• Source code, unit-test coverage, and deployment scripts handed over at project close
