Uber-Style Package Delivery App

I’m building a full-scale, on-demand package delivery service for both iOS and Android that works with the same tap-to-request convenience people associate with Uber, but geared toward parcels. The application must serve individual senders and business accounts alike, letting them schedule a pickup, watch the courier move in real time on a live map, and complete payment inside the app.
Core feature set
• Real-time tracking from pickup through drop-off, including push notifications at key milestones
• Multiple payment options (major cards, in-app wallet, and any additional gateways you recommend)
• Two-way ratings and written reviews so customers and couriers build trustworthy reputations
Beyond those essentials, I’ll need standard account management, secure login, and a lightweight web-based admin panel where I can oversee active jobs, payments, and user feedback.
