Uber-Style App for iOS & Android

I’m ready to launch a straightforward ride-hailing service and need a full Uber-type application built for both iOS and Android. A standard, clean design is fine; my priority is solid functionality and a smooth user experience.

Key features that must ship in the first release:
• Real-time tracking so riders can see driver location from request through drop-off.
• Secure in-app payments, including fare calculation, card storing, and automated receipts.
• A two-way rating system for riders and drivers, tied directly to completed trips.

Please build whatever supporting components are necessary to make these features work end-to-end (typical user and driver views, trip management logic, etc.). Source code, brief setup documentation, and compiled builds for TestFlight and the Play Store will complete the engagement.
