Overview

I have a mobile-first stretching app built on Lovable (web app). It works, but it’s not a true native store app. I want a real iOS + Android app that matches the current UX and features, and adds a subscription plan using proper in-app purchases.

I’m looking for a freelancer/team that can rebuild this app as a production-ready mobile app, deliver the full source code, and help with store release.

Scope of work (what you must deliver)
1) Mobile app (iOS + Android)

Build as native iOS + Android app

You may propose:

True native: Swift (iOS) + Kotlin (Android), OR

Cross-platform “native-grade”: Flutter or React Native

Must feel fast, smooth, and mobile-first (real app quality, not a wrapped website)

2) Match current app functionality + UX

Rebuild the app so it matches what the Lovable app does today, including:

Stretching/exercise flow (timers, sequences, transitions)

Exercise visuals (images shown during exercise — must work reliably)

Audio (music + coach voice, and stop immediately when leaving the exercise screen)

Plans/programs structure (pre-made programs + any “create plan” flows currently in the app)

Navigation and overall layout consistent with the current app

3) Subscriptions (required)

Implement real subscriptions:

iOS: Apple In-App Purchase

Android: Google Play Billing

Must include:

Monthly + yearly plans (you can suggest pricing structure)

Free trial (optional, but preferred)

Restore purchases

Subscription status gating (lock premium content)

Receipt validation (server-side preferred) OR explain your approach clearly

Handling cancellations, renewals, grace period

4) Backend + data (must be solid)

You must propose the best setup for:

User accounts/auth (email + password is fine; social login optional)

Data storage for user progress, plans, settings

Content structure for exercises/programs (so I can update content later)

Admin/content management (simple CMS approach or a lightweight admin panel is a big plus)

Preferred options: Supabase or Firebase (open to your recommendation).

5) Offline + performance

App must work gracefully with weak/no connection

Cache essential assets (exercise images/audio metadata) for smooth workout flow

No “random connection error” problems mid-session

6) Store release help (required)

Prepare for App Store + Google Play submission

Support with:

Bundle IDs, signing, builds

Store listing requirements

Privacy policy / data safety checklist guidance

I will own the developer accounts, but you must guide me and deliver store-ready builds.

Clean project setup + build instructions

API keys/env separated properly

Testing build for iOS (TestFlight) + Android (Internal Testing)

Final production build + handover documentation

Acceptance criteria (how I will approve the project)

Audio behavior is correct (no audio continuing after leaving screens)

Subscription gating works flawlessly (including restore purchases)
