TradingView iOS Alert Integration

Here’s what I need built:

A tradingview script to create a push notification

the notification is to be generated at the user defined time/times

at the time the ticker selected should then compare the current bar with a previous close (time frame of close is to be user selected)

the notification should state the tickers status at the time of notification in relation to the previous in direction, value and percentage ie "Ticker X is +10/3%"

the notification should be a pop up in the tradingview app
