Tow Truck Dispatch App Development

Job ID: 40110020

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a full-featured tow-truck dispatch application built simultaneously for iOS and Android. The core flow is simple: a stranded motorist enters vehicle details, uploads a quick photo, receives an instant price (always at least our $125 minimum), and—once the quote is accepted—our system automatically identifies and notifies the nearest available driver. While the truck is en-route, the customer watches real-time tracking until arrival.

On the operator side, independent drivers and established towing companies must be able to register, set their availability, and receive jobs. Each completed job should trigger our 30 % commission calculation and capture payment from the customer’s credit or debit card; funds are then split automatically.

Key capabilities I expect to see delivered:
• Customer quote engine that factors distance, vehicle type, and our minimum charge.
• Secure account creation for drivers, owners, and customers.
• Live GPS tracking with map updates for both customer and dispatcher views.
• Photo upload for damage verification or special-handling notes.
• Cash-free checkout with major credit/debit cards (Stripe or similar SDK is fine).
• Intelligent dispatch logic that selects the closest qualified truck and pushes job offers in real time.
• Admin web console where I can manage partnerships, review trips, adjust pricing rules, and monitor commissions.

I’m looking for a turnkey build: UX/UI, native or cross-platform code, driver/customer APIs, basic AWS or Firebase setup, and submission to both app stores. Please outline your estimated timeline, any technology stack preferences, and a ballpark figure broken into milestones so I can compare approaches and budgets before we move forward.
