SwiftUI Networking Specialist Needed to Enhance Samsung TV Detection & Connectivity in iOS Remote App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced SwiftUI developer with expertise in networking and Samsung TV APIs to address some issues in my iOS Samsung Remote TV Controller app. The app includes both SSDP scanning and manual IP scanning of the entire local subnetwork. While the manual IP scanning generally works well, it fails to detect all Samsung TV models, and even when a TV is detected, users sometimes struggle to connect to it.
Despite having Apple's Multicast Networking approval, the SSDP scan consistently fails when tested live from the App Store, resulting in 0 TVs detected. Your primary responsibility will be to improve the app's TV detection and connectivity, ensuring broad compatibility across different Samsung TV models and reliable connection for users.
You should have a deep understanding of SwiftUI networking & Samsung Smart TV API's and the ability to optimize both the manual IP and SSDP scanning methods. I need someone who can work efficiently to deliver a robust solution within a week or less.
If you have the relevant experience and can tackle this challenge, please apply with examples of similar projects you've successfully completed.
