SwiftUI Layout Enhancement
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a SwiftUI specialist to tackle a paid assessment that centres on refining the layout and spacing of an existing iOS app. Visual polish is the priority, and I already have detailed design guidelines you can follow—no need to start from scratch or reinvent the style.
Scope
• Review the current views (roughly half-a-dozen screens) and identify misalignments, inconsistent paddings, and any constraint issues.
• Implement the updated layout directly in SwiftUI, ensuring the new spacing rules render flawlessly across iPhone sizes and dynamic type settings.
• Keep performance intact; the upgrade should not introduce jank or slow load times.
• Commit code in small, well-documented batches so I can assess progress quickly during the evaluation.
Acceptance criteria
• Pixel-accurate adherence to the supplied guidelines.
• Smooth behaviour in both light and dark modes.
• No layout breakages when accessibility fonts are enabled.
• Build passes Xcode’s static-analysis checks and compiles without warnings.
Although this task focuses on SwiftUI, bonus points if you can briefly note how you would approach a similar upgrade in Flutter or React Native, as I’m weighing cross-platform options for future work.
Please outline relevant SwiftUI projects, your typical turnaround for a small UI overhaul, and any clarifying questions you have about the design docs.
