Swift App Upgrade Including Splash Screen

I am going to implement Splash Screen features in my swift app.
i have already web dashboard app too.
[ ] The photos and message should be manageable from the web-based admin panel(CI).

Home Screen
[ ] White background.
[ ] Add "Inbox" to the menu bar.
[ ] Add "My Favorites" right after "Featured Places" (only if the user is logged in).
[ ] Remove the item count displayed under the categories.
Search Page
[ ] Display only main categories by default; once clicked, the subcategories should appear underneath.
Product Page
[ ] White background.
[ ] Enable scrolling for the header photo.
[ ] Remove the background color/styling from the top buttons.

Above requirements are all, and budget is 30USD.
Time line is 3~4hours.
And once you accepted, then I will share the ftp information of webdashboard and swift source code.
Above work is not difficult work for experts, so only welcome experts.
Even you are new developer, I do not care about it, I just want you to deliver the app correctly on time.
