Statewide Business App Deployment

I need an experienced mobile developer to take my business-focused app from concept to a live roll-out across the entire state. The product must launch on both iOS and Android at the same time so I can monitor adoption and performance region by region.

Core scope
• Build robust native or cross-platform code that meets current App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Implement a clean, secure user-profile system; no other social features are required at this stage, but the architecture should leave room for future additions such as messaging or a news feed.
• Handle end-to-end deployment, including test flight / beta tracks, analytics hooks, and store submissions.
• Provide clear documentation and a short hand-off session so my team can track progress and gather statewide usage data post-launch.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working iOS IPA/TestFlight build and an Android APK/Play Console release ready for public download.
2. User profile creation, edit, and deletion fully functional and secured.
3. Real-time analytics dashboard or integrated SDK (Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar) that lets me view installs and active users by location.
4. Codebase handed over in a private repo with build instructions.
