Social Media Multicasting iOS App Development

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an iPhone application with the following features:

Primary Functionality:

The user can upload a video or photo directly into the app.

The app will then publish the content to selected social media platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and others.

The user should be able to choose which platforms to post to from within the app.

Alternative Workflow:

If the user uploads a video or image to Instagram, the app should automatically repost it to TikTok and Snapchat.

The app must include a flexible selection menu where the user can specify which platforms they want the content to be published on.
