Smart Trip Planner Mobile App

I want a mobile trip-planner that lets users build, organise, and keep track of every aspect of their journeys in one place. The core experience revolves around three functions:

• Itinerary management – users can add destinations, activities, dates and times, then rearrange them with drag-and-drop ease.
• Route planning – integrated mapping should calculate optimal routes between stops, showing distance, travel time and transport options.
• Expense tracking – each trip will have a simple ledger where travellers log costs, assign currency and see a running total.

A clean, modern UI is essential; think Google Maps-level polish paired with a lightweight, offline-first approach so the main data remains accessible without constant connectivity. I’m happy for you to choose the stack—whether native Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native—as long as it delivers smooth performance on both iOS and Android.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional iOS and Android builds (TestFlight / APK).
2. Source code with clear commenting.
3. Basic admin or config panel to manage app settings.
4. README covering setup, dependencies and deployment steps.

Acceptance criteria: all three feature pillars work end-to-end, routes display correctly on real devices, expenses export to CSV/JSON, and the itinerary stays in sync after an offline session once the device reconnects.
